Hyderabad: International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Hyderabad, a Deemed to be University, has invited online applications from eligible candidates for MTech, MS, PhD programmes under Monsoon 2017 Admissions. The last date for submission of application is 31 March 2017. The entrance exam for admission to above programmes will be held on 30 April 2017 (Sunday).
Eligibility: BE/BTech/ME/MTech (any branch including CSE/ECE/EEE/Civil/ Biotechnology), BArch, Masters Degree in Science/Mathematics/Information Technology/Computers/MCA Programmes.
IIIT Hyderabad mentioned that a student with an Engineering or Science degree in any field/area can seek admission to our programmes in fields other than the one in which they have completed their basic degree. For instance, a candidate who has completed BTech in Electronics/Electrical/Civil Engineering can apply for MTech/MS/PhD in Computer Science, and Bioinformatics.

Selection Process: The institute informed that admissions will be based on performance in an Entrance Examination and an interview. The exam is to be held on April 30, 2017 (Sunday) across multiple cities: Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, and Vijayawada.
The shortlisted candidates based on the performance on this exam will have to appear an interview to gain admission to the eligible programme.
