New Delhi: The results of the Chartered Accountants Final Examination held in May 2017 and Common Proficiency Test (CPT) held in June 2017 have been declared by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) today (18 July 2017) around 2.00 P.M. The results and the details of marks of Final Examination and Common Proficiency Test (CPT) have been hosted on the website: http://icaiexam.icai.org and http://caresults.icai.org
For accessing the result at the above website, the student shall have to enter his registration no. or PIN no. along with his roll number.
Further, ICAI has made for students desirous of knowing their results with marks on SMS. For getting results through the message students should type:
- i) For Final Examination result
CAFNL(space)XXXXXX (Where XXXXXX is the six digit Final examination roll number of the candidate)
e.g. CAFNL 000128
- ii) For Common Proficiency Test (CPT) result
CACPT(space)XXXXXX(where XXXXXX is the six digit Common Proficiency Test roll number of the candidate)
e.g. CACPT 000171
and send the message to 58888 – for all mobile services – India Times
Arrangements have also been made for the students of Final Examination and Common Proficiency Test (CPT) desirous of having results on their e-mail addresses to pre-register their requests at the above website. All those registering their requests are provided with their results through e-mail on the e-mail addresses registered as above immediately after the declaration of the results.
The total number of students admitted in the Final Exams is 1, 32,007. Final Exams were held in 372 centres in India and overseas locations.
The total number of students admitted in in the CPT Exams is 93,262. CPT exam was held across the globe in 372 centres.
