IIM Bangalore, IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Calcutta Crowned Best B-schools in Central Asia

Bangalore, 16 November 2020: Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) has retained the top spot among the best B-schools in Central Asia in the Eduniversal rankings 2020. The awards were announced at the annual Eduniversal 3-D World Convention 2020. Eduniversal is a global ranking and rating agency specializing in higher education.

IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Calcutta are the other B-schools that have been awarded this year for the best B-schools in Central Asia. Eduniversal considers Central Asia the following countries: Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Uzbekistan.

IIM Bangalore and IIM Ahmedabad awarded 5 Palmes Of Excellence reflecting Universal Business School With Strong Global Influence.

IIM Calcutta, Indian School of Business (ISB), and IIM Indore have received 4 Palmes Of Excellence, reflecting Top Business School With Significant International Influence.

Eduniversal internationally ranks 1,000 business schools in 154 countries across nine geographical locations. The ranking is done through peer reviews by the deans of the participating business schools.

Amity International Business School, IIM Lucknow, Xavier University Bhubaneswar (XUB) – Xavier Institute of Mangement Bhubaneswar (XIMB), have also secured 4 Palmes Of Excellence.

IIM Bangalore is the first management institute in India to offer MOOCs and is the coordinating institute for management education for the SWAYAM courses delivered on the edX platform, which is also the platform hosting IIMBangalore’s MOOCs. Eduniversal appreciated IIMB’s vibrant student exchange program, which has several partner universities from across North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and South America. IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Calcutta are the other B-schools that have been awarded this year.
