Lucknow, 12 November 2020: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow, an Institute of National Importance, has announced Admission for Executive Fellow Programme in Management (EFPM), known as Executive PhD or Part Time PhD, for 2021. Executive FPM is open for candidates based in India or abroad.
EFPM is a part time, non-residential, doctoral program that has been specifically designed to cater to the academic needs of working executives/ managers/ faculty members/ researchers. The EFPM students will continue to work with their organizations while pursuing the programme.
The student is expected to complete the programme ordinarily in five years (four years in case of direct admission to second year).
Key Dates & Application Fee: For the 2021 session, the application procedure has started from 13 November 2020. The closing date for submitting online application is 20 December 2020. The application form fee is INR 1000 (INR 500 for SC/ST candidates) through an Online mode.

Eligibility Conditions:
For General/OBC category:
Secondary (Class X) and Senior Secondary (Class XII) with minimum 55% marks;
Graduation (non-engineering) with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA and Post-graduation with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA, OR Graduation (engineering) with minimum 65% marks or equivalent CGPA.
For SC/ST category:
Secondary (Class X) and Senior Secondary (Class XII) with minimum 50% marks;
Graduation (non-engineering) with minimum 45% marks or equivalent CGPA and Post-graduation with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA, OR Graduation (engineering) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Age and Work Experience
Currently employed in a full-time job with a minimum of 7 years of work experience as on 31st March 2021;
Must not be more than 55 years of age as on 31st March 2021.
Qualifying examinations (any one of the followings)
CAT (test taken in the year 2019 onwards);
GATE (test taken in the year 2019 onwards);
A valid GMAT score as on the last date of applying to the program;
A valid GRE score as on the last date of applying to the program;
JRF (Qualified);
PGPWE Entrance Exam to be conducted in January 2021 at IIM Lucknow, NOIDA Campus (please mention in the application form if you wish to take this exam).
A candidate may apply in two academic areas through separate applications. However, no need to pay the fee twice.
Selection Procedure: Final selection is based on personal interview and academic and professional profile.
