Rohtak, 05 December 2020: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak, an Institute of National Importance, has announced registrations for 4th Batch of One Year Post Graduate Programme for Executives. Admisison for Executive PG Diploma Programme in Management (ePGPx-4) for 2021-22 is open now.
Back Ground: After the overwhelming response for a unique one year Post Graduate Programme for Executives (ePGPx) over the last 3 years, IIM Rohtak has commenced registrations for its fourth batch. This diploma programme was introduced for the first time in 2018, keeping in mind the needs of working professionals. It gave them a blended learning experience, as the format is framed on a composite delivery mode with a mix of online and offline sessions through state of the art Online Learning Platform.
ePGPx aims to provide practical knowledge and personalized learning, focusing on intensive, multi-functional views on leadership. With over 625 hours of academic rigor, the course will encourage participants to reflect, analyze, critique, innovate, and eventually learn the intricate aspects of the present-day businesses through the pedagogy of case method.
Programme Design & Duration:
Duration of the programme will be one year.
This will include total 500 interactive sessions with a mix of Offline Sessions, Online
Sessions, and Project Work.
- Offline Sessions (In-campus):100
- Online Sessions (Virtual Classroom): 300
- Project Work: 100
Session Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes
Programme Duration (in hours): 625
There will be three mandatory in-campus modules (Offline Sessions at IIM Rohtak) at the beginning of each term. There will be total of 21 days of on-campus classes.
Programme will focus on sharpening critical managerial skill sets and enhancing leadership capabilities. Hence candidates with at least 5 years of managerial/ entrepreneurial/professional experience can benefit from this programme.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduation Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate mark or equivalent CGPA.
- 5 Years of managerial/ entrepreneurial/ professional experience at the time of application.
