I am writing to you on behalf of 21K School offering highly personalized, structured, and child-led education programs for home-schoolers. The program is designed in line with 21st-century learning practices, allowing for a well-rounded education for students. The brainchild of four passionate professionals and domain experts – Santosh Kumar, Dinesh Kumar, Joshi Kumar and Yeshwanth Raj Parasmal, 21K School is committed to making the 16 years of education meaningful by igniting the joy of learning remotely amongst students. Since its inception, the school has been working with hundreds of homeschoolers and parents and thus are in a unique position to share key insights on how has been the response for homeschooling so far? and how are parents responding to this new system of education?
The inspiration behind 21K School is to reconceptualise teaching techniques and create acceptance for home-schooling in the country. Besides the core subjects, the idea of home-schooling will simultaneously focus on capstone courses (like digital media and arts, music and rhythm, physical fitness and mindfulness, habits of mind), activities (Saturday activities including special classes by subject experts) and electives (foreign language, regional language, advanced mathematics, theatre, photography etc.). 21K school also ensures regular inter-class and intra-class competitions with active participation in national and international events and conferences for its students. In its 1 year of operations the school currently caters to more than 2500 students worldwide that access their education programmes through the virtual mode.
