Mohali: Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Mohali, an Institute of National Importance, has released faculty recruitment notification. Faculty posts are available at the following levels: Assistant Professors, Associate Professors and Professors.

Subject Areas: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Earth & Environmental Sciences, Humanities & Social Sciences.

Key Dates: The deadline for the current cohort of online faculty applications is extended to  11.59 PM of Tuesday 6 October 2020 (IST).

Eligibility Conditions:

Assistant Professor

Minimum Qualifications: PhD with a first class in the preceeding degree, and a minimum of three years of post-doctoral or equivalent experience.

Associate Professor

Minimum Qualifications: PhD with a first class in the preceeding degree, and a minimum of six years of teaching/research experience of which at least three years at the level of an assistant professor.

Professor

Minimum Qualifications: PhD with a first class in the preceeding degree, and a minimum of ten years of teaching/research experience of which at least four years should be at the level of an associate professor.
