Dhanbad
: Shri Pashupati Nath Singh, Member of Parliament, today recognised the efforts of academicians in the ‘Education Conclave 2021’ organised by Excellencia Infinitum CBSE School.

The event kicked off with a panel discussion on “Should emerging technologies be taught in the School”, participated in by senior academicians and moderated by Shri PS Dubey, Principal – Excellencia Infinitum.

More than 25 Principals were nominated for awards, following a thorough survey, for their excellent contributions as academicians. These awards were part of 10+ categories, including Most Admired Principal, Academician Par Excellence, Best Administrator, Strategic Leadership, among others.

Being in the education space, it is our moral & social responsibility to recognize the efforts of fellow academicians. A nation progresses because of its intelligentsia, and our education system, despite all challenges, has given the world the best scientists, doctors, technocrats & business leaders. The foundations of these are laid in schools”, said Mr. Venkat Muriki – Founder-Director of the Excellencia Group which runs schools and colleges and an EdTech venture named Teach Tigers.

The Teach Tigers venture was initiated recently by Mr. Muriki, along with Mr. Eswaran R – an Industry Super Coach in IIT-JEE coaching; to bring access to quality education to every child across the nation, especially with a focus on regions such as Jharkhand, Bihar, Central, Eastern and North-Eastern India.

Dr. Sarita Sinha from Delhi Public School won the award for “Most Admired Principal”, Mr. Sumant Kumar Mishra from Rajkamal Vidyamandir won the award for “Academician Par Excellence”, Sister M Sandra AC from Carmel School won the award for “Best Administrator” to name a few of the award winners.

Mr. Siddarth Baliga, CMO – Excellencia Group strongly feels that education sector has several unsung heroes who are selflessly building the nation. “Schools have quickly adapted to technology during the last one year. Teachers were on a steep learning curve. But they have made it. It is a laudable effort”, he said.
