Guwahati, 03 June 2021: Office of the Dean, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Science & Office of the Dean, International Affairs, Assam down town University, India in association with Daffodil International University, Dhaka, Bangladesh have organised an International Webinar on 29 May 2021. Honourable speaker of the event, Dr. Mohammed Shafikur Rahman from Daffodil International University, Dhaka, Bengladesh had delivered his talk on the topic “Instrument Qualification: An approach towards the life cycle”.
Entire event was conducted through google meet and also broadcasted through You Tube live. Around 480 participants from different states of India and Bangladesh have participated in the Webinar. The chairperson of the event, Professor (Dr.) Biplab Kumar Dey, Dean, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Science, Assam down town University have mentioned that the theme of the talk is very much pertinent and will certainly help the students of both the countries in gaining an elaborate insight about pharmaceutical industrial operations knowledge which in turn would enable them to be equipped while pursuing their careers in manufacturing, R & D, QC or in QA.
The convenor of the event, Dr. Mrinmoy Basak, Dean I/C, International Affairs, Assam down town University & HoD, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Science stated that as a part of promotion of Education and Research activity, Assam down town University will conduct more such collaborative events in near future.
