New Delhi, 08 July 2021: Mr Dharmendra Pradhan is the new Education Minister of Government of India. He takes change of the Minister of Education and Minister of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India.

In social media post, Mr Pradhan said “He will always be dedicated to 21st century educated, skilled, skilled and building #AatmanirbharBharat. #Govt4Growth”

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan jointly interacted with heads of premier educational institutes as well as directors of India’s top colleges – IITs and IISc today. Modi addressed via video conferencing.

“With the introduction of #NEP, the Indian education system has taken a giant leap in fostering an environment for a future-ready 21st century India. We are committed to make students and youth the primary stakeholders in propelling India towards an equitable knowledge society,” the minister said.

All three MoS Ministry of Education, Annpurna Devi, Dr Subhas Sarkar, Dr Rajkumar Ranjan Singh were also be a part of the interaction.
