New Delhi : IDP Education, the sole distributor of IELTS tests in India, has announced the IELTS Celebrating Success Award, an initiative aimed at shaping the global ambitions of students and professionals. The programme will provide 300 awards, each worth Rs. 10,000 to those who achieve an overall band score of 6 or higher on their IELTS test. This initiative will reward 100 test takers per month, across India, to realise their study, work, and migration goals abroad.
To be eligible for the award, candidates must be 18 years or older and must book an IELTS test—whether Academic or General Training—between 1st October 2024 and 31st December 2024. The winners will be announced by the 15th of the following month, with a panel selection based on qualitative responses to designated questions. Additionally, to promote diversity and gender inclusion in global education, IDP IELTS India has reserved 33% of the awards for its female candidates.

This award not only acknowledges the candidates’ achievements but also reinforces IELTS’s commitment to empowering students and professionals in their global ambitions.
Last year, 4 million IELTS tests were taken worldwide by aspirants for study, work or immigration goals.
