5.Sardar Patel Institute of Technology: The Institute was founded in Mumbai in 1962. Sardar Patel Institute of Technology is affiliated with Mumbai University. It is a self-funded college regarded as the best engineering college in India. The college provides 12 courses in two streams: I.T. & Software and Engineering. The institute is affiliated with NMIMS Deemed University in Mumbai and is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
