Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu, 26 September 2021: Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing (IIITDM), Kancheepuram at Chennai, has announced Recruitment of Assistant Professors (Grade I & II).
Key Dates and How to Apply: Earlier the IIITDM, Kancheepuram notified recruitment of faculty posts few months back. Now the institute informed that the scrutiny of application for the post of Assistant Professor ( Grade I) and Assistant Professor ( Grade II – L 10 & L 11) will be taken up for further process.
All the Application received in the institute recruitment portal for the post of Assistant Professor (grade i) and Assistant Professor (Grade Ii – L 10 & L 11) till 31 October 2021 will be considered.
Applicants belonging to General / EWS / OBC category are required to pay non-refundable application fee of Rs.500 through online and indicate the Reference number (DU number) in the online application. The link for payment is provided in the application form of web page. No application fee is required for Women, SC/ST, and Physically Challenged Candidates.

Mode of Selection:
The selection process consists of two phases
- a) Test/Seminar Presentation
- b) Interview
The shortlisted candidates will be invited to give seminar presentation before the duly constituted committee. Only the candidates recommended by the committee based on their performance in the test and/or seminar presentation shall attend interview before the selection panel.
Recruitment is as per the recruitment rules of 4-tier flexible faculty structure for IIITs.
