About the Institute: Management Development Institute Gurugram (MDI Gurgaon), one of the India’s premier Business Schools, launched its second campus at Murshidabad in West Bengal in 2014. The campus is offering AICTE approved 2 years full time residential Post Graduated Program in Management (PGPM) with offering 4 major areas of specialization, viz. HRM, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain, with their respective sub-electives.

Associate Professor:

- Operation / Supply Chain
- Human Resource
Ph.D. with First Class or equivalent at the preceding degree in appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and a minimum of 6 years experience in industry/research/teaching of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor, and ability to interact with a diverse student body and executives, and ability to undertake research independently.
Professor:
- Operation / Supply Chain
Ph.D. with First Class or equivalent at the preceding degree in appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in industry/ research/ teaching of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor; ability to interact with a diverse student body and executives; and a record of publications in referred journals, and ability to undertake research independently. She/He should have high research, training and consulting credentials.
Selection Process:
- The applications received within the due date will be screened & shortlisted by a Screening Committee.
- Short-listed candidates will be called for a Seminar presentation followed by interview before the Selection Committee. Presentations will be in their respective research areas of interest or a topic to be given by the MDIM. Normally the Presentation should be limited to 10 – 15 minutes.
- Presentations/interviews for shortlisted candidates will be held at Kolkata/Gurgaon
