Mumbai: National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), an autonomous institute under Ministry of HRD, has invited applications for Assistant Professors (Grades I and II).
Qualifications and Experience: PhD with First Class at the preceding degree in relevant discipline with an excellent academic record throughout. Those who have submitted their PhD thesis and are expecting the final defense to be completed before Friday, the 28th of February, 2020 may also apply.
Assistant Professor Grade II – Level 10 (Entry pay Rs. 70,900)
Candidate without post PhD work experience
Assistant Professor Grade II – Level 11 (Entry pay Rs. 73,100)
Candidate with one or more years post-PhD work experience at Level 10
Assistant Professor Grade I – Level 12 (Entry pay Rs. 101,500)
Candidate with three or more years post-PhD work experience at Level 10 or 11 OR six years of total experience
Preferred Areas of Specialization: Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Systems Engineering and Management, Engineering Technology Management, Project Management, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Decision Sciences, Information Technology, Big Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Environmental Engineering and Management, Financial Management, Marketing Management, Economics and Strategy Management, Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management.
