New Delhi, 23 February 2022: NTPC Ltd, India’s largest power conglomerate, has released recruitment notification under Recruitment of Engineering Executive Trainees (EET) – 2021 through GATE 2021. Under the hiring plan, NTPC will recruit young Graduate Engineers in the following disciplines: Computer Science /Information Technology and Mining .
Total Vacant Posts: The total number of posts are 40: Computer Science /Information Technology-15 and Mining -25.
Key Dates: The commencement of online submission of application at NTPC career portal is 24 February 2022. The Last date for online submission of Application is 10 March 2022.
Qualification:
Full Time Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Technology/AMIE with not less than 65% in the relevant disciplines. Final year/semester students are also eligible to apply, subject to obtaining at least 65% marks in engineering degree. SC ,ST and PwBD candidates with at least 55% marks in qualifying examination are eligible to apply for the post

Information Technology – Computer Science / Information Technology
Mining – Mining
Eligible candidates must have appeared for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2021. Candidates will be selected based on GATE – 2021 performance.
Age Limit
Upper Age Limit: 27 Years as on the last date of application.
