Date of Online Exam – 01 May 2022
The non-refundable processing fee is Rs. 1000/- for General category, Rs. 500/- for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and EWS category, and Rs. 250/- for SC/ST/PWD category.
The Institute informed that the admission test shall be conducted online at different designated centers in India. The detailed Admission Bulletin for each course will be uploaded on the Institute’s website.
Fellowships Benefits: Rs. 5,000/- Per Month for Master Degree courses. Rs. 6,000/- Per Month for M.Phil. courses. Rs. 50,000/- Per Month for Post Doctoral Fellowships.
PhD Fellowships: Government of India Fellowships @ Rs. 31,000/- per month for 1st and 2nd years and Rs. 35,000/- per month for 3rd and 4th years available for the Indian students who have qualified NET for Lectureship in Population Studies or its inter-disciplinary subjects conducted by the UGC. Such Ph.D. fellowship also carries a contingency grant of Rs.10,000/- per year for the first two years and Rs. 20,500/- for the third year.
