Shimla, 05 August 2021: Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam Ltd (SJVN Limited), a Mini Ratna, Category-I and Schedule– ‘A’ Central PSU under Ministry of Power, Govt. of India, has announced Recruitment of Field Engineers through GATE Score.
Total Vacant Posts: The total number of vacant posts of Filed Engineers are 64.

Key Dates: The closing date for submission of online application is 17 August 2021. Candidates have to register themselves online at SJVN website with details of their GATE score of any of the three years 2021/2020/2019,
Eligibility Conditions:
Valid Score in the GATE 2021/ 2020/ 2019.
Candidate should have appeared in the corresponding paper of GATE 2021/ 2020/ 2019 and Qualified the same with atleast 50% marks (out of 100) in GATE Exam which shall be 40% marks (out of 100) for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
The candidates should have Full Time Degree in corresponding engineering disciplines with 50 % aggregate marks for SC/ST/PWD and 55 % marks for others.
Age Limit
- Upper age limit 30 Years as on closing date of advertisement.
- Relaxations and concessions for SC/ST/Physically Challenged as per Govt Norms.
Remuneration: Rs 60,000/- Per Month.
Remuneration is inclusive of EPF applicable under statute
Other benefits include increment @ 5%/4%/3% on basis of PAR rating of Excellent/Very Good/Good for the year on completion of each year.
