New Delhi, 23 February 2024: In India there are more than 400 state universities, which are controlled by state governments.  State Public Service Commissions recruit Assistant Professors for government degree colleges and universities.

As on 23 February 2024, Two Public Service Commission have opened faculty recruitment drive (Assistant Professors). The total number of vacant posts are 408.

Odisha Public Service Commission Recruiting 385 Assistant Professors for Govt Colleges

Bhubaneswar, 20 February 2024:  Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC), Bhubaneswar, has announced recruitment of  Assistant Professors  (Stage I) for government degree colleges under department of higher education.

Total Number of Vacant Posts: The total number of vacant posts are 385 in 14 subjects.

Key Dates: The link for online application will be available from 12 March 2024. The closing date for submission of online application is 14 April 2024.

Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission Recruiting 290 Lectures/Assistant Professors

Vijayawada, 25 January 2024: Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission, (APPSC), has announced recruitment of Lectures/Assistant Professors for Government Degree Colleges in A.P Collegiate Education Service.

Total Vacant Seats: The total number of posts are 290.

Key Dates:

Last date to submit online application is 23 February 2024. Online application link has been active from 24  January 2024.
