Mumbai: Learning and Development (L&D) Global, India’s largest professional network for L&D practitioners, presented its Mumbai Chapter meet on 12 August 2017. Ganesh Dalvi (AGM L&D Reliance Industries) and Dr Mangesh Dash, Director Twaran, a training & consulting firm, were the key speakers.
Mr Ganesh Dalvi introduced a very powerful concept, content neutral facilitation. He demonstrated how solutions could be effortlessly and efficiently generated from the audience itself. He demonstrated this through the Rule of 35, a highly interesting process that had everybody involved. This show included a fun activity with a lot of learning.
Dr Mangesh Dash talked on “Power Beyond Potential”. Dr Dash highlighted that training is a process of transition. “Learning starts with passive training to active training, from active to interactive, interactive to reflective and from reflective to developmental training,” he added.
Dr Dash also opined that People perform beyond their assessed potential while mind has immense potential. The greatest strength of individual is thing, imagine and visualize.
At the end of the meeting, L&D Global felicitated its members who came to the learning session with attractive traditional dress and attire.
L&D Global is emerging as a wonderful platform that provides a lot of learning and quality networking.
