Mumbai: IDFC Bank’s hiring process via twitter is getting overwhelming responses from social media savvy job seekers. #IDFCTwitterResume hiring campaign aims to attract social media savvy millennials.

The ongoing campaign will end at 11 pm 23rd May 2016 (Monday), which was started on May 17, 2016.

The recruitment via Twitter is going on the following posts: Banker on call, Flexi banker and wealth manager.

Process of hiring via #IDFCTwitterResume:

  1. To enter IDFC Bank’s #IDFCTwitterResume, candidate needs to visit: https://twitter.com/IDFC_Bank
  2. As a next step the candidate needs to follow @IDFC_Bank
  3. After that the job seeker should post why she/he should work with IDFC Bank in 140 characters using the assigned job character to the respective job
  4. DM (Direct Message) IDFC bank with contact details

Next level of screening process as per the bank’s announced statement:

  1. All users will be contacted for a telephonic interview once the entries have been shared
  2. After the telephonic interview, shortlisted Twitter Resumes will be sent an application link on which the user needs to fill in the complete form and upload their resume within 7 days
  3. Applicant then shortlisted from the application forms will be sent a Personality Test and an Assessment link that needs to be filled and shared within 3 Days
  4. Shortlisted candidates from the Assessment test will then be called for a Personal Interview
  5. The final shortlisted candidates will be then be contacted by the team and will also be announced on Twitter after the completion of the selection procedure

As per the company’s announcement, the age limit for participants of this campaign is 21 years and above and the campaign is open for Indian citizens.
