Mumbai: PhD admission for the next session has picked in India. Generally the December or January PhD admission session is known as even or spring semester in Indian higher education system. Prominet institutes such as IITs, NITs, premier research institutes and universities have already notified their doctoral programme admission process.
As on date many institutes have already closed the admission process for the upcoming session. Meanwhile there are more than 27 institutes where PhD admission process is open for January 2018 or 2018-19 academic year.
Tata Institute of Social Science (TISS) has released official admission notification for MPhil & PhD programmes -2018-19. Admission is open in Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing (IIITDM) Kancheepuram for January 2018 session. PhD admission is also open in KL University, Institute of Life Sciences (ILS), Bhubaneswar , BHU, IIT BHU Varanasi, NIT Warangal, and others.
