Jabalpur, 24 March 2026: Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design & Manufacturing (IIITDM) Jabalpur, an Institute of National Importance, has announced PhD Admission for 2025-26 (Special Round).
Applications are invited from highly motivated and research-oriented applicants for admission to PhD Program in the following disciplines as per the below mentioned categories of admission and time schedule.
- Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)
- Mechanical Engineering (ME)
- Design (DS)
- Natural Sciences-Physics (NSP)
- Natural Sciences-Mathematics (NSM)
For CSE – Applicants having qualified GATE/ National Level Exams (CEED/ UGC (JRF/NET)/ CSIR/other equivalent) are preferred for admissions, however, candidates who have not qualified GATE/CEED/NET may also apply for admissions.
For ME, Design &Natural Science – Applicants having qualified GATE/ National Level Exams (CEED/ UGC (JRF/NET)/ CSIR/other equivalent) are only eligible to apply for admissions.
Eligibility for Admissions:
A minimum of 60 percent marks OR a CPI/CGPA of 6.0 (on the scale of 10.00) shall be required at the Master’s level qualifying examination (M.Tech./M.E./M.Des./MCA) as the specified minimum for admission in a PhD programme.
