New Delhi, 06 July 2021: Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), a leading institution of higher technical education affiliated to University of Delhi, has released official for PhD Admission for For the session 2021-22 (Odd Semester). PhD Written and Interview test will be held online.
Total PhD Seats: The total number of PhD seats are 233. Maximum Seats with university fellowship (TRF) : 119 and (ii) Maximum Seats without university fellowship : 114.

Key Dates: The closing date for submission of application is 18 July 2021. The PhD Written Test will be held on 26 July 2021. Online Interview Test will be held on 30-31 July 2021.

Eligibility Conditions in Brief:
An applicant possessing a Master Degree in Engineering/Technology/ Sciences/Management/Humanities/Social Sciences in the respective discipline or equivalent with a minimum 60% of marks or equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) and Bachelor’s Degree with a 60% of marks or equivalent CGPA shall be eligible to apply for admission to PhD programme of the University.
However, the candidates applying for Teaching-cum-Research Fellowship/University Research Fellowship(TRF/URF) shall be required to have a Master Degree in the respective discipline with 70% marks or equivalent CGPA and Bachelor’s Degree with a 60% of marks or equivalent CGPA.
Selection Procedure: The Research Scholars shall be admitted in two-stage process through an Entrance Test (for qualifying purpose only) and an Interview. Only those candidates shall be called for interview who have secured a minimum qualifying mark in the entrance test. Candidates eligible for interview are required to make a power point presentation of approximately 10 minutes in the area of their research interest.
