Shivamogga: KUVEMPU University, a public state university in Shimoga, Karnataka, has invited application form eligible candidates for PhD Admission 2017. PhD programmes are available in 27 subjects while total number of PhD vacant seats for academic year 2017-18 is 330.

Application has been issued from 03 August 2017. The last date for submission of the application is 19 August 2017. The application fee is Rs 1,000/- (in respect of SC/ST/Cat-1 Rs.750/- with a copy of proof of caste).

Eligibility Conditions: Candidates who have secured at least 55% of aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST/ Cat-1 candidates) or equivalent grade under grading system, in their Master’s Degree or equivalent examination from the recognized Universities/Institutions.

The university informed through the PhD admission 2017 that the provisional registration process is through an Entrance Test followed by statutory procedures prescribed in the PhD Regulations of the university.
