NIT Kurukhetra Opens PhD Admission Even Semester 2022-23: 57 Seats for Institute Fellowships
Kurukhetra, 05 December 2022: National Institute Technology (NIT), Kurukhetra, an Institute of National Importance, has released PhD Admission notification for PhD Programs in various Departments/Schools of Engineering, Sciences, Social Sciences, Computer Application and Business Administration for the even semester of the current academic year 2022-23.
Total Number of Vacant Seats: The total number of vacant PhD Seats under Institute Fellowships are 57.
In addition to these seats, applications are also invited for Part-Time Ph.D. seats, Full-Time Ph.D. seats on CSIR-UGC-JRF etc. fellowship scheme or under any Full-Time Ph.D. seats in project fellowship (on minimum two-year fellowship). Such seats are variable in number depending on the availability of the supervisors’ slots of the concerned department/school for the Academic Year 2022-23.
NIT Goa Announces PhD Admission January 2023 with 46 Institute Fellowships Seats
Goa, 04 December 2022: National Institute of Technology (NIT) Goa, an Institute of National Importance, has announced PhD Admission January 2023. Full Time PhD Scholars are eligible for Institute Fellowships.
Admission to PhD programmes will be in the following schemes:
Full-time (FT)/Regular Scheme: The candidates selected under regular scheme (full-time) shall be entitled for scholarship/assistantship and HRA as per Govt. of India norms from time to time.
Part-time (PT) Scheme/Part-Time/Self-Financed/Sponsored:
Each application must accompany an application fee of Rs. 500/- per Department for Gen/OBC(NCL)/EWS applicants and Rs. 300/- per Department for SC/ST/PwD applicants.

Rourkela, Odisha, 26 November 2022: National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela, has released PhD Admission notification for Spring (January) 2023 Semester commencing from January 2023. Admission will be given preferably to the applicants who are eligible for Institute fellowship or have qualified for External fellowship.
However, admission may also be considered without fellowship. Students with external fellowships like NET-JRF, CSIR, DST-INSPIRE etc. are especially encouraged to apply.

Hamirpur, 24 November 2022: National Institute of Technology (NIT) Hamirpur, an Institute of National Importance, has announced PhD Admission for January 2023 session. The PhD Programs, in Full-time (FT) and Part-time (PT) modes, are offered in 13 departments of the institute.
Fellowships: The candidates selected for admission into PhD under Full-Time program are eligible to receive institute fellowship as per Ministry of Education, (former MHRD) rules. Category-wise (EWS, OBC, SC, ST, PWD) reservations on overall available seats will be followed as per Government of India norms.
