Mumbai: The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is hosting 9th edition of CII-HR Summit on 11 November 2016 in Mumbai. The theme of this year is HR Strategies for the 21st Century Workplace.
In the current VUCA environment, Human Resources has the potential to shape the future of work. While this a very exciting role, it is also challenging. HR & business leaders a key role in embracing high standards of professionalism, and to use their expert knowledge effectively and responsibly to make sure work is a force for good that benefits everyone.
Technology and innovation promoted new generation entrepreneurs, and this has changed the role of HR, too as key people skills are critical to adapt to the changing dynamics.
On this backdrop, CII’s 9th edition of the HR Summit will inspire the senior leaders from business and HR to gain new insights and understanding and build the skills and confidence to influence the business decisions that will create an HR for the new and changing workplace.
