Jamshedpur:  Marketing Association at XLRI Jamshedpur (MAXI) in association with associate sponsors hipcaskis organizing the 6th edition of Legalize, the annual international surrogate-advertising competition.

Every year the event is organized to reach out to the creative minds of students across the globe and challenge their ingenuity in conceptualizing a new product and marketing it, making it a successful brand. The event also aspires to create a long-lasting impact on people’s minds by bringing up some of the social issues and taboos prevalent in our society.

The participants are expected to make a creative video advertisement employing the surrogate advertising technique to promote a product. Prizes worth $500 in cash will be given out.

The competition began on 4th November 2016 in colleges around the world and the participants have  submitted their entries before 25th November 2016. The results are expected to be announced in mid-December. Participation for the competition is expected to surpass all the previous editions as even the under-grad colleges are expected to participate.
