Singapore | Mumbai: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s largest IT exporter, has emerged as “Top Employer Asia Pacific 2017” by the Top Employers Institute, and was ranked in the top three certified organisations in the region. TCS also achieved first time Top Employer certification in China and Philippines, as well as scored multi-year Top Employer certifications in Australia, India and Singapore.

In addition to being named top three amongst Top Employers Asia Pacific for 2017, TCS also achieved Top Employer 2017 accreditation for the first time in the Philippines and China, two of the companies’ fastest growing workforces. Additionally, TCS Australia and TCS Singapore each scored Top Employer 2017 certifications, gaining them to multiple consecutive years recognition (2014 to 2017).
With TCS China and TCS Philippines gaining certification, TCS now has 25 countries worldwide that are Top Employer Institute certified. TCS was also declared “Global Top Employer” earlier in 2016, joining an exclusive group of companies with the rating.
