UPES presents International conference on “Smart and Innovative Trends for Next Generation Computing Tecnologies”; invites research papers

Dehradun: The School of Computer Science and Engineering of University of Petroleum and Energy Studies UPES, Dehradun is organizing 3rd International Conference on Next Generation Computing Technologies on 30th and 31st Oct, 2017 at UPES, Dehradun, India. The theme of the conference is “Smart and Innovative Trends for Next Generation Computing”.  The Conference is Technically Sponsored by CSI India and IUPRAI.

The conference is inviting original, unpublished and high quality research work related to Smart and Innovative Trends for Next Generation Computing and its Applications not limited to the conference tracks.

 Track 1: Smart and Innovative Trends in Computational Intelligence and Data Science

Track 2: Smart and Innovative Trends in Communication Protocols and Standards

Track 3: Smart and Innovative Trends in Image Processing and Machine Vision

Track 4: Smart and Innovative Trends in Security and Privacy

Track 5: Smart and Innovative Trends in Language Technology for Indian and Other Languages.

 Special Track: Smart and Innovative Trends for Digital India

The closing date for submission of research paper is 31 July 2017.

UPES informed that the keynote speakers include:  Dr. Pushpak Bhattacharyya, Director, IIT Patna and Professor of Computer Science and Engineering, IIT Bombay;  Dr. Rajkumar Buyya, Professor of Computer Science and Software Engineering and Director of the Cloud Computing and Distributed Systems (CLOUDS) Laboratory at the University of Melbourne, Australia; Valentina E. Balas, Professor in the Department of Automatics and Applied Software at the Faculty of Engineering, University “Aurel Vlaicu” Arad (Romania); and Prof. R K Shyamasundar Distinguished Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, IIT Bombay.

All Presented Papers will be submitted to publish in Springer’s CCIS (Communications in Computer and Information Science) Series, which is indexed with world’s leading Abstracting & Indexing (A&I)databases, including DBLP, Google Scholar, EI-Compendex, Mathematical Reviews, SCImago, Scopus and UGC Listed.

The university mentioned that selected papers after significant revision will be published in a Special Edition of Web of Science and Scopus Index Journals.
