Mumbai: Axis Bank, a leading private sector bank in India, invites applications for its recruitment drive programme Axis Bank Young Bankers (ABYB) Program.  Axis Bank Young Bankers Programme is a one year, full time residential programme which will be conducted at two training campuses, Manipal Global Education in Bangalore and Amity Global Business School in Noida. During the course period stipend  paid.

As per the Axis Bank’s advertisement, provisional appointment will be given at course start itself, assuring employment after successful completion of course. The bank cmlaimed that on successful completion of the course the student would be absorbed in the role of ‘Customer Service Officer’ at Assistant Manager in the Bank with a gross CTC (cost to company) of Rs. 4.01 lakhs per annum.

Eligibility:

Age: Age limit 25 years, born on or after 1st April, 1991

 Educational Qualification:

Only graduates from any stream with  55% and above only in their final year of graduation

                                                OR

Aggregate of 55% and above in graduation

Important Dates:

Application window opens:  7 July 2016

Last date of receipt of applications: 21 July 2016

Online Tests: 30 July – 2 August 2016

Interview:  16-20 August 2016

Program commences: 23 – 30 September 2016

Selection Process:  As per the bank’s programme advertisement, candidates will be selected by Axis Bank through a selection process consisting of an online Aptitude test followed by an interview.

Course and Programme fee: The interested applicant will have to invest Rs 3,97,600  (Inclusive of Service Tax and Refundable Hostel Security of Rs. 10000/-) . This amount will cover all tuition fee, boarding, lodging and Refundable Hostel security for the entire course at Manipal University Campus, Bangalore and Amity University, Noida.

The candidate can also choose to apply for the Education Loan / Any other loan, from any organization / Bank of his/her choice. Students interested in opting for the Education Loan from the Bank , may apply for the term sum figure for the three trimesters, but must pay the hostel security in Cash/ draft at the time of completing the joining formalities.

The Post Graduate Diploma in Banking (PGDBS) Services is a one-year program comprising of four trimesters of 13 weeks each. First three trimesters would be conducted on Campus. The fourth trimester would be devoted to internship to be pursued by the participant at a designated branch of Axis Bank across the country.
