Hyderabad: University of Hyderabad (UoH), a central university, has announced Entrance Examinations 2020-21 for admission to various courses for Academic Year 2020-21.
The university has notified admissions to the following programmes: MSc, MTech, MBA, MA, MPhil, PhD, Integrated MSc-PhD programmes and others.
Total Seats for MPhil and PhD Programmes: The seats for PhD Admission for AY 2020-21 is 311. The total seats for MPhil Admission for AY 2020-21 is 133.
Key Dates: Application form has to be submitted online from 03 April, 2020 to 03 May, 2020. The Entrance Examinations will be held between 02 June 2020 and 06 June 2020.
Application Fees : General: 600/-; EWS : Rs.550/-; OBC : Rs.400/-; SC/ST/PWD(PH) : Rs 275/-. Fees once paid cannot be refunded
Those completing their final examinations by June 2020 can also apply.

Eligibility for MPhil & PhD Programmes: As per UGC Regulations, 2016, the minimum eligibility for applying for admission to M.Phil/ Ph.D. for General & EWS category is 55% marks or equivalent in PG and for SC/ST/OBC/ PWD the minimum eligibility is 50%.
