Chicago/Mumbai: The Workforce magazine, the longest-running publication for the HR industry and a publication of Human Capital Media (HCM), has announced finalists for 2016 Workforce Optimas. These 25 finalists companies will win gold or silver or be named as the overall winner of General Excellence. Out of the 20 finalists, three Indian companies-HCL technologies, Tata Consultancies Services (TCS) and Intellect Design Arena Ltd – have been featured in the global list.

According to the Workforce magazine, the finalists will be a gold or silver winner in the following categories Workforce Optimas Awards: Benefits; Business Impact; Corporate Citizenship; Global Outlook; Innovation; Managing Change; Partnership; Recruiting; Training; Vision; or as the overall winne.r of General Excellence. The magazine said that winners are scheduled to be announced on Workforce.com in the week of 21 November 2016. Winners also will appear in the December 2016 print edition of Workforce magazine.

HCL Technologies, a leading global IT services company, along with its subsidiaries, has presence in 32 countries and consolidated revenues of US$ 6.2 billion as on 31 March 2016. Intellect Design Arena Limited, commonly known as Intellect and based in India, provides IT product solutions especially in the financial and BFSI sectors.

Since 1991, each year, the Optimas Awards are given by Workforce magazine to recognize human resources and workforce management initiatives that achieve business results for the organization globally. Workforce magazine is a publication of Human Capital Media (HCM).
