Kolkata: Learning & Development (L&D) Global, India’s largest professional group for Learning & Development practitioners, has crossed another milestone on 26 February 2017 as the professional group inaugurated Kolkata chapter. This is the eighth chapter of L&D Global. The other chapter of the groups are as followed: Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, New Delhi, and Hyderabad.

Training, L&D, HR, coaching specialists, as well as like-minded soft & behavioural skills enthusiasts and corporate professionals based in Kolakata will get opportunities for exchanging ideas, professional networking, and participate in monthly seminar and workshops related to latest development in the learning and development space.

Mr Nadeem Kazim, former Director – HR & Member – Board of Directors, Exide Industries, was the Keynote Speaker for L&D Global, Kolkata Chapter Launch event. The meet was inaugurated by the Founder of L&D Global, Global Head – Talent Transformation, Wipro BPS, Mr Surya Prakash Mahapatra.  Mr Nadeem said that L&D Professionals must adapt to the changing dynamics of the business and industry and they must keep innovating.

The Chapter Director of the Kolkata Chapter, Mr Kanak Jain assured all members that he would do his best to carry on the mission of L&D Global in Kolkata.
