Mumbai: Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) is a consortium to conduct entrance examination 2020 for Admission to various programs in Central Universities.  CUCET 2020 registration will commence from 16 March 2020 on the official website.

For 2020 CUCET national level examination, fifteen central universities, four state universities, and one NIT are joining. Applying once, student can get opportunities to choose to appear in entrance examination for any course offered by any university.

Among 15 Central Universities, Central University of Odisha has first announced Admission 2020-21 for UG, PG and PhD Programmes. The University has mentioned on its Notification that CUO is joining the CUCET 2020 for the first time.

The Admission Notification 2020-21 of CUO informed this above information about CUCET 2020. However, CUCET 2020 has not officially released notification. It is expected that CUCET 2020 notification will be released soon.

CUCET  Conduct Examination in 112 Cities of the country.

The CUCET   will be  held  in two phases: First phase for all UG and PG programmes, tentatively in 23-24 May 2020; and Research Programmes tentatively in 30-31 May 2020.

UG and PG programmes  are multiple choice  questions and  OMR  based  offline  test.  Research programmes are multiple choice  questions and  Computer  based test (CBT).

CUCET is a national level examination which is regulated by fifteen central universities, four state universities, and one NIT jointly. It is a combined entrance test organized for providing admission into various UG, PG & other courses offered by the central universities across India. Applying once, student can get opportunities to choose to appear in entrance examination for any course offered by any university.
