Kolkata: With registrations closing on April 6th, 2024, National Council of education, Bengal (NCEB) calls for the submission of application form for PG Diploma Course on Person Centred Counselling and Holistic Wellbeing (2024-2025).

School of Counselling and Promotion of Wellbeing, National Council of Education, Bengal (NCEB) has been conducting this PG Diploma Course on Person Centred Counselling and Holistic Wellbeing for over a decade. There is a growing demand for counsellors in schools, welfare organizations, marriage / family counselling centres, NGOs/International agencies, and support groups for alcohol / substance users, jails/correction centres, community-based mental health programmes, police training centres and human relations programmes. In view of the felt need for counsellors, the Institute has begun this Course. This course is for those who wish to build a career in psychological counselling and offer their services to the society.

Eligibility: The candidate must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized University- Indian/Foreign. Those who are graduating in the current year can also apply.

  • Course Duration – 18 months
  • Course Fee – Rs 36000/-
  • Classes are held thrice a week 6pm – 8 pm and occasionally on Sundays (with prior intimation)
