Sirsa: Chaudhary Devilal University (CDU) Sirsa, Haryana has notified PhD Admission for the session 2018-19. The PhD admission is available on eleven streams.
Key Date and Application Fee: Application Form should be duly filled up online through University website www.cdlu.digitaluniversity.ac.in along with fee of Rs.1650/- (Rs.450/- for SC/BC/DAP).
Last date for submission of online Application Form is 26 September 2018 and submission of fee is allowed upto 05:00 P.M. on 27 September 2018. The hard copy of online Application Form along with required documents and system generated challan either in person or By Post should reach in the office of the concerned Department(s) by 28 September 2018 upto 05:00 P.M.
Date & Time of Entrance Test for admission is 30 September 2018.

Eligibility Conditions:
(a) A candidate(s) seeking admission in PhD must have Master’s / MPhil Degree with at least 55% marks (52.25% for SC/ST/differently abled candidates having more than 40%disability) in aggregateor its equivalent grade in the UGC 7- point scale (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed)in the subject chosen for research or an allied subject (the alliance and/or equivalence for this purpose only, will be decided by the DRC).
(b) An MPhil Student of this University (CDLU, Sirsa) whose MPhil dissertation has been evaluated and the Viva Voce is pending may be admitted to the PhD programme subject to having required minimum marks as mentioned above.
A relaxation of 5 percent marks (2.75 out of 55) at Master’s / M.Phil degree (or equivalent) level will be allowed for SC/ST/differently abled candidates having more than 40%disability) candidate(s).
