Assam down town University proudly announces the successful conclusion of HR CONCLAVE 3.0, the third edition of this prestigious national-level event in North-East India. The conclave, held on 4th November brought together industry experts, thought leaders, and HR professionals for a day of insightful discussions, knowledge sharing, and networking.

HR CONCLAVE 3.0, held at Taj Vivanta exceeded all expectations, as participants from various domains and industries gathered to delve into the dynamic world of Human Resources and Talent Management. The event featured engaging panel discussions, informative keynote speeches, and a well-deserved HR Award Ceremony, making it a truly enriching experience for all attendees.

The event schedule, participants, and highlights were as follows:

**Panel Discussion 1: Talent Acquisition and Retention: Campus hiring, employer branding, and innovative recruitment techniques”

Moderated by Ashish Mittal, Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology, this discussion panel featured esteemed speakers from the industry, including Hemant Kumar Ravi (KANTAR), Rituraj Sar (Lupin Limited), Kasturi Kalita (Assam Cancer Care Foundation TATA TRUST), and Pooja Makasana (Sun Pharma). The panel explored various facets of talent acquisition, employer branding, and innovative recruitment techniques.

**Panel Discussion 2: “Engaging with Educational Institutions: Establishing strong partnerships with universities & tapping talent pools effectively”

Roy Joseph, Vice President – HR & Services at MRF TYRE, skillfully moderated this session. Industry leaders, such as Gautam Pandey (JSW Steel), Moushumi Choudhury (Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited), Madhurima Das (HDFC Bank), Dr. K. M. Suceendran (Tata Consultancy Services), and Durlab Saikia (Emami Limited), provided profound insights into establishing strong partnerships with educational institutions and effectively tapping into talent pools.

The HR Award Ceremony celebrated the achievements and contributions of individuals and organizations in the field of Human Resources. This recognition was a testament to their dedication and innovative practices in the industry.
