Jammu: HR Conclave 6.0, the signature event of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu, will be held at IIM Jammu on the 14th and 15th of October 2023 along with the International Human Resource Conference (IHRCC). IIM Jammu’s HR Conclave (HRC) provides a forum for HR Industry experts to share their knowledge on overcoming challenges in today’s dynamic world. HRC aspires to resonate with IIM Jammu’s motto – ” (It is the knowledge that liberates)” – and its vision – “To develop leaders and entrepreneurs who can perform globally and make a significant contribution to Society and the Corporate World.” This Conference cum Conclave would aid global experts, researchers, and academicians in expanding their horizons and exchanging ideas on HR and how it adapts to the ever-changing business environment.
HR Conclave 6.0 is an annual flagship event known for its remarkable contributions to the field of human resources and management. The conclave will explore critical topics, trends, and challenges facing the HR sector in today’s dynamic business landscape.
The International HR Conference scheduled on 14-15th Oct 2023, held in conjunction with HR Conclave 6.0, is an extraordinary platform for cross-cultural knowledge sharing and collaboration. Distinguished speakers and experts from various corners of the world will converge to discuss global perspectives on human resource management. Academicians, Industry experts and HR practitioners, I/O psychologists, and Research scholars in I/O psychology, OB-HR, and its allied domains will be attending the International HR conference. The conference will provide a comprehensive shared experience and understanding of the recent trend in HR and allow us to have a collective space and time to engage with the state-of-the-art capacity and necessary training: acknowledging the Indian and world social-economic text. This event will dwell on the voices of collectives and industry experts, academicians, and researchers to chart the new path consciously together.

The theme of the sixth HR Conclave 6.0 is ‘HR in a Dynamic Business Environment.’ The HR Conclave and International Conference will be presided over by a variety of distinguished corporate figures and academicians. HR Conclave 6.0 will be inaugurated by Chief Guest Prof. Pragati Kumar, Vice-Chancellor, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University in the presence of Prof. B.S. Sahay, Director, IIM Jammu; Prof. Jabir Ali, Dean of Academics and Chairperson of Placements at IIM Jammu; and Dr. Baljeet Singh, Co-Chairperson of Placements, Dr. Guangpuanang Kahmei, Conference Chair, International HR Conference and Dr. Anuja Akhouri, Conference Co-Chair, International HR Conference at IIM Jammu. There will be seven panels at the event, each discussing a distinct topic related to the event’s theme.

The event’s opening ceremony is scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM on October 14, 2023.
On the first day of the event, the first three panels will be presented. The second panel will be titled ”Adapting to Changing Working Dynamics: Managing Workforce Through a Screen” and will be moderated by Ms. Monica Diwan, HRBP Leader, GFK; Mr. Ravi Rangaraju, Senior HR Business Partner, Thomson Reuters; Mr. Amanpreet Kaur, Senior HR Business Partner, Lenovo; Ms. Ashwini Panwar, Vice President Workforce Management, Barclays; Mr. Yogesh Luthra, Head of Talent Acquisition, IGT Solutions, Mr. Hemant Kumar Ravi, Head of Human Resources, Kantar.
The third panel discussion will be on “Metamorphosis in Business: Gearing Up for Transition in a Post-COVID World” presided by Ms. Sirisha Tangirala, Human Resource Director, Greenway Health; Mr. Rollince Peter, Director HR, Thermo Fisher Scientific; Ms. Monika Garg, Senior Manager, Global HR Operations Support, Fresenius Medical Care; Mr. C I Shetty, President Human Resource, Alembic Pharmaceuticals; Dr. Swarnpreet Singh, Head Campus Recruitment, Niva Bupa health insurance.
Mr. Ashissh Kaul, Director – Knowledge and Advisory & Business Head, SHRM and Mr. Rohith Kumar, CHRO, McDonalds India will be the Session Chair and Keynote Speaker for the second day of the HR Conclave 6.0.
