Bangalore: Learning and Development (L&D) Global’s Bangalore Chapter hosted its 18th monthly chapter meet on 23 July 2016. The chapter meeting was attended by nearly 50 L&D practitioners.
Brigadier Sushil Bhasin, Senior Learning and Development practitioner was the key note speaker on “Experiential Learning”. He took the audience on a journey where they witnessed the power of experiential learning methodologies. Kolb’s Experiential Learning Style was demonstrated in a unique way.
Rangaraj Bhatracharya, Co-founder of We Move Theatres, was the key note speaker of “Training through Theatre” session. Rangaraj had the group on their feet and demonstrated the art of connecting with each other through a story. He touched upon different aspects of theatrical skills which helped the trainers in enabling the learners to have an open mind and stay connected through the learning process.
The session was graced by the first batch of Master Trainers, who received their Master Trainers Certification (CPD UK Standards) from MTI (in association with L&D Global). Surya Prakash Mohapatra, founder L & D Global, felicitated the Master Trainers in the Bangalore Chapter meet, in the presence of nearly 50 L&D practitioners/leaders.
L&D Global, a professional network for learning and development practitioners, will open its Pune Chapter on 6 August 2016 (Saturday). Currently, the network has six chapters in major cities in India: Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar, Chennai.
