New Delhi: Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), India’s premier Defence R&D organization has released employment notification for recruiting Scientist `B’ in Defence Research & Development Organization (DRDO), in Level-10 (7th CPC) of the Pay Matrix (Rs. 56,100/-) in specified disciplines and categories.

NALCO’s recruitment of 120 Graduate Engineers via GATE 2020; Application date extended
Bhubaneswar: National Aluminum Company Limited (NALCO), a Navratna PSU company, has released Notification for Recruitment of Graduate Engineers through GATE 2020. The total number of vacant posts are 120.
Considering nationwide lockdown due to COVID 19, the closing date of online application has been extended until further notice, said NALCO in a statement. Hence, eligible candidates can apply for the posts in time.
The online application window has opened from 20 March 2020.
NALCO is hiring Graduate Engineers in the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Chemical, and Metallurgical.
The total number vacant posts are 120: Mechanical -45; Electrical – 29; Metallurgical -13; Instrumentation – 15, Civil -05, Mining -04, Chemical-09.
The General & OBC candidates are required to pay Rs 500/- towards application Fee and SC/ST/PWD/Departmental candidates are required to pay Rs 100 /- as registration fee.
Qualification: Full Time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology with not less 65% marks in aggregate for Unreserved (UR) & Other Backward Class (OBC) and 55% of marks for SC/ST/PWD category taking average of all semesters/years.

Key Developments: In the background of countrywide lock down due to outbreak of COVID-19 the last date for submission of online application is further extended up to 30 May 2020.

New Delhi: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), India’s flagship Oil & Gas major, has released Recruitment Notification for hiring Engineers/Officers and Graduate Apprentice Engineers through GATE-2020. Recruitment to these positions will be through Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE– 2020).
Engineers/Officers (DPE Pay Scale: E2 Level) from following Disciplines:

- Civil Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
Additionally, selection of few candidates from above disciplines shall also be done for engagement as Graduate Apprentice Engineers (GAEs) in line with Apprenticeship Act, 1961 (and subsequent amendments thereafter).
