Ahmedabad: Dr Richa Chaudhary, faculty member of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Patna, has received the best research paper award at the PAN IIM World Management Conference during 13-15 December 2016 at Ahmedabad, hosted by Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad. This is an annual event organized by the Indian Institutes of Management and supported by the Ministry of Human Resource Development.
Dr Richa Chaudhary’s research paper titled CSR & Turnover intentions: Examining the underlying Psychological Mechanisms has been honoured at the event. Dr Chaudhary is currently working as Asst. Professor (Humanities and Social Sciences) at IIT Patna.
The PAN IIM World Management Conference provides an excellent platform for academicians, researchers, practitioners, policy makers and thought leaders to exchange their ideas and foster collaboration. Academicians, researchers, doctoral scholars and practitioners are invited and encouraged to submit their research papers in all areas of management. The previous editions of the conference were held at Goa (2013), Kozhikode (2014) and Indore (2015).
