Bangalore: Women in Management (WIM) Club at IIM Bangalore will host the 3rd Annual Women Leadership Summit on Sunday, 15 January 2017 at the IIM Bangalore campus. The theme of this year summit is To the Helm while this year edition has a stellar line-up of speakers.

The Annual Women Leadership Summit is a flagship event of the club, which sees multiple events, a large footfall and an engaged audience. Morning session Keynote addresses will be delivered by Neeta Revankar (CFO, Sasken Technologies) and Kaustubh Chakraborty (Ex-Partner, McKinsey & Company). Panel discussion on ‘Priming for Success’ is scheduled in the Morning session.

Workshop on Social Entrepreneurship is scheduled in the Afternoon session.

WIM at IIMB has initiated a number of initiatives to create awareness about issues faced by women in the corporate world and the role to be played by various stakeholders in promoting and developing women leader talent pipeline.
