Mumbai: Learning and Development (L &D) Global, a L&D practitioner professional network group, has completed five years. Now, it has more than 25,000 members and seven chapters across cities: Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Chennai, New Delhi, Bhubaneswar, and Pune. It is the largest professional network group for learning and development practitioners in India. To celebrate its 5th anniversary, L&D Global has lined up learning lessons across its chapters: Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad, on 17 September 2016 (Saturday).
The month-long anniversary journey was started on 12 September when New Delhi and Bhubaneswar chapters celebrated with arranging workshops and Learning Bash programmes. These two workshops saw gathering of large L&D practitioners.
The Mumbai Chapter is planning the celebration programme on 17 September 2016. Keynote speech on the theme “Skills for Future” will be delivered by Dr. D. Prashant Nair, Managing Partner & Country Head InHelm Leadership Solutions. Buzz Word (A section that will cover a contemporary topic) session will be conducted by Dr. Deepak Deshpande, Chief Human Resource Officer, Netmagic.
In addition to Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad teams have lined up similar workshops and learning exchange programmes on the same day. A learning number of L & D Practitioners are expected to come and attend the sessions.
