While China Gorman has joined the board as an Independent Director, Dennis has joined in the capacity of an Investor Director.

She is a sought-after advisor, speaker and writer bringing the CEO perspective to the challenges of building cultures of humanity for top performance and innovation. Dennis is an experienced senior-level human resources executive with over three decades of business experience in C-suite Human Resources leadership roles with special focus on organizational design and talent development. At present, he is serving as the President and Founder, Core Strengths Management Consulting and Executive Chairman and Investor, Kinetic Consulting, a strategy and management consulting firm based in Geneva Switzerland.
