Mumbai: The dates last for submission of online applications for Recruitment of Specialist Officers in Bank of Baroda –Project 2016-17 has been extended to 02 December 2016 (Friday). Earlier the last date was 29 November 2016. The bank also has made minor changes in educational qualification criteria for some posts and also uploaded the Corrigendum to Advertisement notification on its official website.
Bank of Baroda, a Public Sector Bank, has invited applications from meritorious candidates for more than 1,000 Specialist Offices posts under various scales. Online registration of application has commenced from 09 November 2016.
The various posts are as followed: Finance/Credit (MMG –SII), Finance/Credit (MMG –SII), Marketing (MMG –SII), HRM (MMG-SII)-25, HRM (MMG-SIII)-15, Security (MMG-SII) and many more. Selection Procedure: As per the official job advertisement, the selection process will comprise of online written test, for the post of Scale I, in the discipline of Fire and Planning, followed by GD/Interview of the shortlisted candidates.
For the posts in Scale II, Scale III & Scale IV applications will be shortlisted and candidates will then be called for GD/interview. However, for Scale II and Scale III, if the number of eligible applications received is large, then Bank reserves the right to hold an online written test also.
Bank may, at its discretion, consider conducting of Psychometric Test / Group Discussion for different scales.
Age relaxation of upper age is available as per the Government Laws and Rules. Further, Reservation of posts are available as per the Government Laws and Rules.
The selected candidate will be on probation for a period of 12 months (-1- year) of active service from the date of his/ her joining the Bank. There is a mandatory provision of executing a Service Bond as under: Serve for a minimum period of 3- years in the Bank after joining the services or in lieu thereof an amount of Rs 1.5 Lacs.
