Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, 13 December 2020: Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur, a Central University, has invited applications for Assistant Professors (Temporary Basis) via Walk-in-Interview mode. Considering COVID 19 pandemic, recruitment is based on online/virtual mode.
These Assistant Professors will be recruited based on Purely Temporary Basis (initially for six months or till regular appointment whichever is earlier) for the remaining period of Academic Session 2020-21.
Total Number of Teaching Posts: The total number of vacant posts are 122 across 26 Departments.

Candidate must enclose a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 100 (Exempted for SC/ST/PH candidates) in the form of receipt of fee deposited online, through University portal.
Eligibility and Remuneration: Eligibility conditions are based on the UGC, AICTE and Central University norms. Selected candidates shall be entitled to a consolidated salary 25000/- per month.
