NEW DELHI : ATCS (Advanced Technology Consulting Service), the global IT consulting firm which focuses on providing digital and analytics solutions to global Fortune 500 companies, today announced its plans to expand its workforce from 500 employees in 2019 to 675 in 2020. The company also stated its decision to recruit fresh hires for its new Jaipur facility.

The Montvale, New Jersey, headquartered company also informed that, by mid 2020s, ATCS Jaipur Team will be shifting to Mahindra World City – Jaipur, with a capacity of 600+ employees, in the first phase of this extravagant project.

Amit Kanoongo, Director, ATCS, says, “Young talents are the potential path-breakers! They are multifaceted, agile and adaptive besides tending to be more eager to embrace challenges and new cultures. When their unconventionality and pioneering approaches are nurtured by an experienced workforce, an organization thrives. ATCS envisions this futuristic ideology and aims to invest in the young talents’ zeal to innovate. Rajasthan boasts of a vastly varied skilled pool of industry-ready professionals and we are confident that the new hires will certainly assist our organization in charting newer echelons of growth, innovation and success in the country.”

ATCS’s strategic delivery model blends local expertise through its branch offices in Atlanta, Lansdale, MiamiTorontoStuttgart and Beijing with rapid offshore development centers at three prominent locations in India (Jaipur, Mumbai and Bengaluru). The core expertise of the organization lies in supporting automotive, healthcare, financial services and CPG industries via industry leading, digitally transformative products and solutions. ATCS leverages its robust partnerships with Microsoft, Salesforce, Tableau, Amazon, & UiPath to offer ground-breaking technology solutions to its clients across the globe.

Amit Kanoongo further adds, “As an organization, ATCS is committed to draw in the best of talents across the country, while it looks to rejig and expand its overall workforce. To put this vision into action, the organization regularly conducts its Campus Placement Drives in some of India’s most coveted academic institutions, such as the IIT Roorkee, IIT-BHU, IIT Kanpur, BITS Pilani, etc. The company also actively conducts placement drives across prominent institutions in Rajasthan, such as JECRC, SKIT, Poornima, MNIT, etc., which gives a ready and rewarding opportunity to the local talents to work with a global behemoth.”

A fact to note about ATCS India is that they have also conducted training programs for their USA based employees, to enhance their talent and skillsets. Also, ATCS India introduced the ‘Buddy Program’ (a program where an existing ATCS employee is assigned to be a friendly host for a new employee to make him/her feel comfortable and easy in the new work environment; a move conceptualized and practiced by ATCS India). This initiative was hugely appreciated by ATCS Germany and was eventually adopted by all other ATCS offices across the globe. The Buddy Program is now incorporated as a part of ATCS’s core work culture.

The organization is very keen to commence its internship programs, through which students can practically experience their exposure to global projects, within a competitive corporate environment. ATCS is also planning to establish MOUs with various other colleges and universities of Rajasthan.

ATCS offers excellent career opportunities to young talents in India by making them a part of its global growth story. With a team of 750+ spread across 10 offices globally, ATCS was recently awarded the Gallup Great Workplace Award in 2018, in recognition of its engaged workforce.
