New Delhi, 29 March 2021: Amid COVID19 Pandemic, Admission for upcoming session has gained momentum. There are many premier educational institutes have notified their PhD Admission for July-August 2021 session. State Universities have also announced PhD Admission.
As on 29 March 2021, there are seven state universities have opened PhD Admission. Jiwaji University Gwalior has opned PhD Admission for 945 seats across 48 subjects. University of Lucknow has announced PhD Admission for 442 seats under Full Time category and 89 PhD Seats under Part Time Category.

Jiwaji University Gwalior Announces PhD Admission for 949 Seats across 48 Subjects
Gwalior, 28 March 2021: Jiwaji University, Gwalior, a state university in Madya Pradesh, has announced PhD Admission for 2020-21. The total number of PhD seats are 949 seats across 48 subjects.
Key Dates: The eligible candidates can submit the application form by 15 April 2021 through mponline.gov.in by paying Rs. 2810/- (admission form fee Rs. 2000/-, Portal fees Rs. 810/-). An additional late fees Rs. 500/-, if the form is submitted in between 16 – 20 April, 2021.
University of Lucknow PhD Admission 2021-22: 442 Seats Full Time PhD & 89 Seats for Part Time PhD
Lucknow, 15 March 2021: University of Lucknow, a government owned research university in Uttar Pradesh, has released PhD Admission Notification for 2021-22. The total number of PhD vacant seats are 442 under Full Time category and 89 PhD Seats under Part Time Category.
These Doctoral seats are available both at Lucknow University and its affiliated colleges.
As per LU PhD Ordinance 2020 the admission would be done on the basis of Research Entrance Test (RET).

National Institute of Advanced Studies (NIAS) Bangalore Announces PhD Admission ! Online Test
Bangalore, 12 March 2021: The National Institute of Advanced Studies (NIAS) is a premier institute in India engaged in interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary research in natural sciences, social sciences, arts and humanities. NIAS was conceived and established in 1988 by the vision and initiative of the late Mr J R D Tata.

Tirunelveli, 14 March 2021: Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli, a State University in Tamil Nadu, has announced PhD Admission for January 2021.
